Financing Your Treatment
We will work with you to come up with a plan to help you to be able to enjoy the benefits of orthodontics. We deliver in-house financing and will submit claims to your insurance companies. We will also help you to maximize the benefits of your HSA and FSA accounts. Just ask, we are here to help!
Insurance and Orthodontics
Our office accepts most insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment or consultation so that we can assist you in determining whether or not your insurance plan will help to cover the costs of your treatment.
Not all insurance plans cover orthodontic treatment, but many do. The patient payment portion covered for orthodontic treatment varies depending on the coverage provided by your employer as well as the specifics of your orthodontic treatment needs.
Some companies offer Health Savings Accounts for their employees. These accounts are also available to individuals for themselves and their dependents. The plans allow for pre-tax deposits to be made to the individual's account. The money in the account can then be used for necessary medical expenses. This means that in some cases, orthodontics can be paid for with your health savings account funds.

Treatment Financing and Discounts
At Granite Coast Orthodontics, we want to make orthodontics affordable. We understand orthodontics is an investment. We offer 0% financing for everyone. We utilize a payment scale to help find what works best with your budget. We negotiate a down payment, starting at $750.00, and work with you on reasonable monthly payments that extend from 12–36 months on average.
Attention families
We want to be your family’s orthodontist. We offer all the families of Granite Coast Orthodontics a 5% discount on all treatment for the siblings, parent, or child of a treated patient. We like seeing families in our office and encourage you to have a complimentary exam performed on your entire family so you can be sure that everyone is receiving the appropriate care at the ideal time. Many parents tell us they have always wanted orthodontics, but their children come first. Please talk to us about this so we can explore your options and talk about our family financing options and parent pass.
Family financing
We strive to make orthodontics affordable for everyone. When multiple family members are in treatment simultaneously, we offer monthly payments that do not exceed $300.00 total. The payment is spread out evenly to each person in treatment. Once a family member is paid off, we apply their amount to the subsequent patient.
Parent pass
We love it when parents join their child in treatment — what a great bonding experience! We offer parents with children in active treatment the chance to join in for just $250.00 down. We then enroll them into the family financing plan, where payments do not exceed $300.00 for the whole family.

Second phase of treatment
If your child required an early (Phase I) treatment and is ready for a second phase, we would like to thank you for your continued trust in our practice. You will receive a 10% discount on the second phase of treatment.
